1. How can i proceed to a booking?
You can use our booking form from the page <<Réservez ici>> that you can find in the main menu on homepage.
2. I didn’t get the confirmation voucher, what can i do.
It’s very often not to receive the confirmation on your main emails. But you find it on the SPAM emails because of the email filters. We advise you to check your “SPAM” emails. If you still don’t find it, you can communicate with us by email on email@example.com. Or by phone on (+30) 694 65 87 204.
3. What is included on the price?
The price of one way transfer include Meet & Greed service and transfer for 4 persons and 4 normal bagages.
4. How it works when we travel with children?
Children are considered as passagers, you have to provide us with childrens’ age and if you need for your transfer a child seat or a booster seat. There is a charge of 5€ for every child or booster seat for every transfer.
5. My booking is private or i have to share taxi?
All our transfers are private you will never have to share your taxi in Taxi de Rhodes.
6. are there any charges about cancelation of booking?
You can cancel your booking without any charge as far as you do it at least 48 hours before the date and the time of your actual meeting time. In case that you have already paid your transfer by PAYPAL or by credit card you will be fully refunded as soon as possible. In case of late cancelation you don’t have the right to be refunded.
7. how can we calculate our transfer time?
If you book a transfer from Rhodes airport you have to give us the flight number and the time of arrival according to your ticket. If you are going to the airport you can see the time of the transfer by using the booking form. Or you can contact with us by email : firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone : (+30) 694 65 87 204 to fix your meeting time.
8. how can i find my driver ?
At the airport or port, you will find your driver holding a paper with your name, the name of your hotel or your destination.
At your hotel, the driver will waiting for you on the main entrance of your hotel with a paper with your name. If it’s about a house of an appartement you have to wait your driver on the meeting point that you sugested on your booking form
9. what if there is a flight or boat delay ?
All our drivers use the appropriate applications to follow all flights in real time and all boats. Our drivers thanks to these applications are always on time. Even if your flight or your boat is several hours late.
